Minex 2023 was organized in collaboration with the Iranian Society of Mining Engineering, the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade, the Geological Survey and Mineral Exploration of Iran, the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, the Innovation and Prosperity Fund of the Presidency, the Iran Copper Association, the Stone Association, the Export Guarantee Fund, and the Earth Sciences Research Institute.

The exhibition took place from October 4th to October 6th, 2023, at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla, Shabestan Hall, and hosted enthusiasts and industry professionals. (According to Khabarban) The exhibition was held in three main sections: exploration, extraction, and processing. Various industries, equipment and machinery, mining industries, different investment companies, financial and credit institutions, and consulting engineers attended the exhibition.
