Design, Analysis, and Manufacturing of a 150-ton Electric Drive Dump Truck
The engineering team at Gohar Sanat has completed the design and analysis of this equipment and supplied the required materials for its construction. The manufacturing process is currently underway in the company’s subsidiaries, and the prototype of the 150-ton electric drive dump truck will soon be unveiled.

Chassis of the 150-ton Dump Truck
The chassis is designed using two parallel main beams to eliminate stress concentration sources such as bending, strain, and torsion. Engineering analysis was performed in ANSYS software, and the results confirmed excellent structural strength.
Body (Cargo Bed) of the 150-ton Dump Truck
The cargo bed is designed using high-strength, wear-resistant steel plates. Its unique design absorbs maximum energy, minimizing damage to the body and chassis, while also reducing the structure’s weight by up to 600 kg. As a result, stress concentration is eliminated, and both the body and chassis achieve longer service life. The dump truck is capable of carrying up to 166 tons of load.
